He just told me he used an auto rigging tool, so I'm guessing it's something to do with the rig. It's possible it isn't completely set up when we start but I dunno. I'm still an amateur in animating :/

From my understanding he used an auto rigging tool.. ? he doesn't have max so I suppose he had to find a way around it.
You can't move the arm mesh with the elbow bone, thing?
He fixed the compile.
It happened on my sword animations and he fixed them so the arms moved. I have a feeling there is an extra step that 'we' aren't doing to get the arms moving. Whether they aren't rigged properly, or we didn't set it up right.

I have the same problem though.. Certain times the hand the gun is linked to works fine, but the other one is frozen at the idle position.
I got redrogue to fix it for me, no idea what I did wrong :/
It is there it's fpsbanana's fault becuase imagehazard.com is broken so the images are broken.
