(Which music plays rarely due to new updates, gg valve)
The file is big, and I mean BIG. 194 MB will take a loooonnnggg time if your computer is low end, trust me.
Remember the readme guys!

No, I do not think tf2 supports it, but I'll see.
I think works, saw some (didn't downloaded) animated backgrounds.
And this is how people make weapons to animate, like the Widowmaker Reskin (see my backpack icon, there is an link to the Widowmaker animated skin)
