It most definitely does apply here, and it also states in there that acknowledging the source of the copyrighted material does not substitute for obtaining permission. It is also stated that the first factor is regarding whether the use in question helps fulfill the intention of copyright law to stimulate creativity for the enrichment of the general public, or whether it aims to only "supersede the objects" of the original for reasons of personal profit.

Correct me if I'm wrong, it's the way I understand it.

I never said Jews were communists, I said that Hitler bullshitted how the Jews were Communist to further the people to hate the jews even more through his propaganda. The Crusades originally started to stop the advance of the Seljuqs, the Forth crusades was a mostly a Christian-on-Christian war from the Schism of East-West Christianity.

Nah, I didn't quit on it yet, I just stopped caring because the requester stopped caring. I'll still work on it for a portfolio piece for college or something.
