But ask me something, what about other games? Mario? Zelda? Or even TV Shows? MLP? What about these? Aren't copyright stuff? And there is too many, mostly of the uploads are something from videogames or TV shows

first of all sorry for taking so long to reply. wow, those are a lot of questions. i can not answer each one in detail i'm afraid.

for example sprays of nintendo, mlp or what ever charakters have to go along with the source / author of the image. if you where unable to find out that it's save to credit the designer of the charakter(s) instead.

if you take a music theme from a tv show or any other copyrighted source like mlp you're not allowed to upload the whole song, but only a relativly short part. for example lot's of ppl made minigun fun sounds with the refrain layer over the minigun firing loop sound, which is ok or other ppl make end round sounds with music put after the announcer or something. that is ok to do. if you're unsure wather to something is violating the rules or not feel free to ask a moderator about it.

reporting something is relativly easy. one option would be to post a flag. the flag system requires you to select flag reasons from a list and also a written explanation in which you can state the violated rules and proof. however if a submission is older than two weeks you can't post flags anymore, so you have to use the report system and post a ticket. a ticket works simelar to the flag system. you don't have to select reasons from a list, but only what the report is about, for example a report of a missbehaving user or a submission among other things. than you have to write an explemation.

Hm, so if I want to report that map (which contains a lot of stuff from the game), I use the report system?

i'm vary sorry for the trouble and even more that i treated you unfairly, since these other releases containing material from the touhou project seem to be still around if i concluded correctly from your reaction. i'm not a god and just didn't know about these other releases. you would help gamebanana by reporting these. all you would have to do is click the button on the left with the red exclamation mark and post a ticket.
