I think you're out of luck here. Valve planned CSGO as a digital download only so it won't hit the stores (DVD) any time soon (unless they change their mind in the future)

For 13$, pre-ordering CSGO is a steal :)

2 days ago, you could have even had a bigger steal as they had the complete CS pack (1.6, CZ, source, GO) for 19$ (offer is over now)
