my aug anims, humm, this need several changes, i meant the back to idle in the reload the arm look horrible,

Draw isn't looking like you pull that gun from below...fix that and it will be IMO dunn. Wait no, smooth dat return to origin(with Curvy will be easy as pie) because you made it little too strong.

Astronomically far origin...
Gun on draw appears from nowhere which looks pretty cheap...make it flying from below to give it a look that you're getting it in your hands, not just slapping hand onto grip and bouncing to origin. You have to remember about same tempo through whole sequence. Back to origin is certainyl too quick here.
Shot could be something more than gun moved/rotated slightly back and up at frame 2 and one axis bounce after it.
Reload...Y U RUSH MUCH?! Take more more time on making sways between magout/in looking not stiff. I guess you fitted in about...60 frames? Dude...Don't make same mistake as I did with my .
After you do your anim basicly, I suggest to use a Curve Editor to smooth your stuff out and fix few awkward movements. Damn, I didn't wanted to write such a long comment :3
