1.0 Purpose

Works in Progress or WiPs are studio, mod and independent creations such as skins and maps that are still under construction.

1.1 Submission Title

Please be sure to use a title that is searchable and relates to the item you are submitting. Special characters, numbers, and spaces are not permitted at the beginning of the title.

1.2 Ownership

Submissions made within the WiP section must be created or co-created by the submitter. Submitting content in which you took no part in is not permitted.

1.3 Studio Submissions

Submissions may be studio releases only if members of the studio worked on the submission.

1.4 Screenshots

You're allowed to submit up to 6 screenshots along with your submission. You must upload at least one screenshot or render and it MUST show your work. Generic screenshots are not allowed.

1.5 Pornography or Nudity

Submissions which contain pornography or any kind of nudity is unacceptable. Submissions containing pornographic images will be deleted, and the submitter will be punished.

1.6 Porting

You may post WiP's displaying ported material of any kind; however, you cannot release nor provide download links of unless the content is allowed as per the Porting Whitelist.

1.7 Description

The information you include in the description field must not stretch the page width. Please make sure any screenshot in the description field is thumb-nailed. Any preview video that modifies the page width shouldn't be embedded in the description directly, you should provide a link to it or resize the video player. Your screenshots and video player width should not exceed 285 pixels.

1.8 Language

As of 2011, Studios may post in their native language to improve the studios ability to communicate/cooperate to create content for release. This extends ONLY to the Studio Profile, Help Wanted, WiP and Projects pages.

1.9 Release Timespan

Submission of a WiP and Download Release within 24 hours of each other is not allowed. This will result in your WiP being deleted and points deducted as this falls under 'Point Farming'. Exceptions will be made at the moderators discretion where the WiP and the released content bear visible changes from one another (Ex: 50% Skinned weapon to Fully Skinned).

2.0 Non-Compliance

Non-compliance with any of the above clauses, unless otherwise noted, will result in your submission being withheld or deleted at the administrator's discretion.
