What does it do?

Looks like an interesting toy to d!ck around in servers with. Maybe it could make fully vanilla servers were bonuses are disabled, making for harder teamplay. And removal of set-bonuses for even challenging teamplay on nocrit class limits servers.
The items you edited it will not work if you are on a server, it only works if you made a server
