This game is based on the red team and blue team, so I wanted to increase the team differences coloring them and adding stuff (like those little blue lights on the combine elite, or the blue eyes and clothes of the metrocop)
also includes NORMAL MAPS for the combines.

Nice skin! But the wrong thing that they did in this game was actully... The Combines should be "Red" and the Rebells "Blue". I got a feeling that Combines is allied 0_0!

Well, your english is not very good, but I think I know what you mean...
There's a models folder in the rar... The readme says:
Another thing you can do is: Open the models folder in the .RAR Extract the three folders (humans, police and combine_soldier) to the folder of your picture (Which is sourceforts\materials\models/)

Mmm... I will try to make a full blue combine elite.
That myg0t was playing a sound by voicechat: "You are an idiot, ha hahaha hahaha..." and griefing... There was 2 more guys doing the same things. I joined that server just for taking some screenshots of the playermodels, not for playing, so I didn't care :P
