Complaint: Search Function Not working?

It would seem that whenever I try to use the search function, I am greeted with a screen saying the webpage is either under construction or is misconfigured. This happens on both Firefox and Google Chrome.

    The same thing happened to me, except it was google chrome saying that it couldn't reach the webpage AT ALL.

    Pick up that can.

    Whenever I enter anything at all. It instantly brings up the error message, but that may just be my internet.
