hl1 like vortigaunt voice

I always though, that when the vortigaunts talk in their original language, they should SOUND like aliens, looking back to the original hl1, they did, so I decided to make my own recreation of the originals so now the mod can feel more old school, later on I will submit hl1 like vortigeses for hl2 for the part where you see 2 vorts talking.
