Hammer dont work

Since new update hammers dont work

Hi guy´s, today i would make a new map because i had an very good idear but when i start hammer it shows me an error idk its since today sourcesdk update it and im verry angry =( No Hammer Time )= i hope for good help and answers :D

The errors: Can't load FileSystemOpenDialog.dll. The other error: Missing material 'editor/flatnocull'. GO to Tools | Options| Game Configurations and verify that your game directory is correct.

And when i would do it it donw work it show me the other error again and again and then when i would do it then again the hammer going down......

After u use old 2 days or so the update work but all is wireframe!!

    Ye i have the same problem all the time but when gays talk all just says -.- it dosnt help so!!! so when realy one of all fps member know how to fix it write it in here !!! and lost donts say hammer works or so it dosnt work! -.-
