how do you swap in 1.9.3.... i always have pesky people who dont make teams fair and dont switch when i tell them to..

install mani, and use the same commands you always have.

thats a problem
in the menu theres no swap button

just do forcebalance for now
and tell other players to gtfo

To see the menu you have to press ESC.
Somone need to update the gametypes.txt for SF 1.9.3 or otherwise mani admin is not fully working (crashes the server e.g. with fun commands):
