I hope this is the right board for this thread.

I'm here announcing that SourceForts Friends Server is now officially online.

We now not only have the game server, but also a temporary server forum (until we get our own), which can be accessed through this link: http://sourcefortsfriends.smfforfree4.com

As the server is less than 8 hours alive, I still need to install/activate some plugins like the votekick/voteban stuff. But I'll be the most time I can in the server until I get that working. Everyone is welcome to join and have a great time.

And please register in the forums (http://sourcefortsfriends.smfforfree4.com) where you will be able to access tutorials, maps and block styles downloads and many other things when I finish adding them to it. No broken links, I promisse :P

Although I'm making some changes to the server configs and adding plugins/maps, the server will remain online during the period, which means that everyone is welcome

About the admin team, it isn't complete yet, but I'm handpicking them untill the team is done.

If you have any map request, please do it in our forums posting also the link for the map download, if possible.

And don't forget to join the official Steam Community. Just search for SourceForts Friends Community and join.

I didnt mean to copy it... In fact, I didnt even thought I copied it. I jsut wanted a name that would show it is a friends community, instead of the normal clan servers and stuff...

Anyway it was during the night... I hadn't much ideas..

and I thought that steam was steam and SourceForts is SourceForts.

Do you need an admin? I’ve had a lot of experience; I'm an admin on the official pcgamer (uk) servers.
