Well, so far so good. We have some friends who are moving back up to Minnesota from Kentucky. My friend just got a new job up here, and his wife has some interviews for some job openings as well. They have a few month old girl, so getting into a place is of high importance to them. No foreclosure for us!.... at least if they don't fall through that is.

Put being optimistic is way more fun than being pessimistic!
