Good PR, and information release idea
For you Dev people, check out the Fortress Forever site. They have been running very long and detailed Q&As on their news posts for a while. They have taken loads of community questions and then actually answered them in detailed ways. Not just with answers like, "you'll see" or "its in the design document."
They have 6 posts so far with many questions on each. Then they have these cute little Dev interviews which work nicely for them, but would probably be unnecessary here.
Just thought their method of releasing information looked nice on their site, and could help us out in the future.

we've been asking about haven stoff SO often and they are just like "uh you dont know whats in the design document blablabla secret blablabla suverin"
well im happy they posted all these pics of the maps so we could give some feedback and they actually changed alot of stuff (space temed skywalk, pyramid sandbox for sphinx)
i think sf is on a good way in case of pr, not perfect, but it got a bit better

Meh, the team's already done a Q&A or two. Just not released directly to the public.
Put one together and I'm sure the majority would be answered... You'll just need appropriate questions...
