Default Crosshair scale

Hello.
When start game in 320x240 to convert .dem file to images or avi i got very big crosshair (just the same size as on 1280x960). I don't want to turn off the croshair completly, I just want to scale it down four times.

Make a tiny custom crosshair so when it's enlarged it's normal size.
