Edit: Released!
My Custom Map Index is now updated! I'm not sure if anybody visits it or if the hitcounter is broken.

IMPORTANT: Downloads before 4:15 AM GMT 4/14/2005 included bad RES files, change the top two file entries from "_notimer" to "_4"
This file contains the following files in the CFG folder:
maps (Directory)
original (CFG File)
new (CFG File)
Just use [exec original] to use the old dumpster lids or [exec new] to use the new fancy models.
Now, because I am so enthusiastic about making up a new tag for every game system I make, the tag is:
[MS] - Model Switch
However, I will not plague my maps name with these, I will use them in submissions unless it causes severe emotional problems to someone on the forums

Old:
This map is not available for release due to the infamous Steam Update. Once the bug is fixed, this map will be tested, touched-up, and released.
New Features:
-Added a piece storage room
-Fixed an exploit where the divider does not close
-Added the new shiny building blocks in
-Added in a feature to switch between the new shiny building blocks and the old original dumpster lids
To switch to the original mode, perform the command
sv_cheats 1;ent_fire original press;sv_cheats 0
To switch back, perform the command
sv_cheats 1;ent_fire new press; sv_cheats 0
I will add in configuration files to make the switching easier.
Screenshots:

(Notice that there is a piece in the bottom right hitting a v_physicsclip)
(Flag is hitting a v_physics_clip to prevent from placement in the pit)

This screenshot features gameplay I could have accessed if Steam didn't screw the mod up.
The only thing wrong with this screeny is that some parts are out of proportion and that old and new pieces are not available at the same time. Unless you use your brain.
