Its not like you are being forced into this, its a purely volunteer thing. You volunteer to be in the draft, you make a commitment to the league. There is pressure to show up, because if you don't the community scorns you. And if you are signing up, chances are you think its a fun idea and you want to play, so you will show up.

This would also be good for a seasonal thing too, new draft each time, or just add new players into a new draft pool.
