Angry Inevitable foreclosure?

Stupid real estate market in Minnesota! Can't sell my freakin' condominium! My wife and I had to move about an hour South for school and work, so we tried to sell our condo before we moved, but it just didn't work out. We had someone who was SOOO close to purchasing it, then suddenly, there was a mistake on their paperwork, and it raised prices up 25$. That was apparently too much for them, so they pulled out. Now we don't have anyone interested in our place, and we are makingdouble payments - renting and mortgage!

Gotta love it when financial situations go sour. Now we either lose lots of money trying to sell it dirt cheap, or we default the place to the bank for foreclosure, and have a nasty mark on our credit for 7 to 10 years. ALL OVER 25$ INCREASE IN PAYMENTS A MONTH!

Mid-life crisis? HOPE NOT! Otherwise im dead by 44!

Thanks. Hopefully we are able to lure that potential buyer back by offering it to him lower. At least if my wife and I wanted to get a house in 6 years, our credit wouldn't necessarily keep us from accompishing that.

I went into CS:S and opened up a pretty highly populated server, with about 17 people and played for 15 min's racking up an ok KDR. Then, I blurted out:

"hey wow i typed "bind w "kill"" into console and the radar shows all the ts"

The next round, 3/4ths of the people on my team suddenly died. I was then banned for "hacking".

In the meantime you could always do what we had to when buyers kept fucking us over (provided you live in a touristy place). We ended up renting the house as a holiday let, it kept the house in a good condition and it more than covered the mortgage on both houses. (Then again, this house is in the town center of St. Ives, so we got a fair bit from renting it)

I live in Minnesota too. Too damn cold. I'm glad I'm moving to Florida soon.

Have you considered renting it to someone else for the cost of the monthly payments? Perhaps this will be easier than selling it.
