so i was talking to #s today and besides talking about ball ducts we talked a bit about .4 servers. an idea we thought of was when you release the .4 server files you should release a patch for .3 servers and a full .4 release that way all the servers would only have to update a few files making it easier and quicker

There are so many changes to things like maps and loads of new textures, the file size difference between a patch and 194 would be marginal.
