Default Server restarts after EVERY map change.

Basically server restarts after every map change and goes back to the map that has my damn default start up map.

Any ideas?

What command are you using to change the map?

I remember having this problem. Can't remember how I fixed it, its been far to long, got any server mods? They are usually the problem.

Having the same issue using changelevel command

I've tried everything but every changelevel making crash the server. HL2MP is well installed on my linux server, sourceforts too (or it might be). We've been playing on the first loaded map and changelevel made it crashed...

Are you able to access the actual server console, via RDP or SSH, or some equivelent. If so then they usually contain some nice peices of debugging information that's not outputted to logs.

I had a problem loading one of my maps before and the console (via RDP) told me that it could not load [this entity] of [this map] (typo in entity name), and that caused it to crash.

I know an entity problem won't be present in every map, but still it might be worth checking the console to see if it outputs any problems.

I remember some problems with the changelevel command.
Try to change the map via SourceMod

Or try the "map" command in the serverconsole ? (afaik sourcemod makes that)

The map command restarts the server anyway, so it won't fix his problem.
