Default Request for global ban.

The demo is pretty self explanatory. Right before the first combat phase started he removed the flag defense and front wall. We were able to recover and repair the wall. The demo is from the next build phase when he dismantled everything. His SteamID is verified in the demo with the freezestatus command.
