Default models duffed up ?

its worse in l4d :P

its odd there arms are atacted to there feet, i thought it was because it was the demo but its not :P some of there faces are see though too. in css its like that and the fileing cabnets are see though.

Also there is no cusom content what so ever. Just reformated my computer a few weeks ago, installed the wrong grafix drivers to the 8000 gfx nvidea when I have a 7000 series :P

I then uninstalled them and installed the 7000 ones.

Any ideas?

I get the same thing. I think it's the graphics card getting a bit too hot

they're called artefacts
make sure your card is not getting too hot
also check your drivers
if all else fails you probably want to return your card and get a new one

I've never seen errors like that with an overheating vid card. When my card used to overheat the shapes were all ok but you got little flickery bits of color all over.

If it gets worse as you play longer though that's probably a dead give-away on overheating.

Overheating is likely, used to get this with an overheating 5200. Vacuum your fan.

Also, nvidea drivers are generic... There is only one set of drivers that covers everything from the 5 series up to the 9 series, so you couldn't possibly have installed the wrong ones.

i put in an orange fan for added cool ness, not including the organal fan for the grafix card. I dunno what to do. See if its over heating may need to buy a new grafix card and new ram as I have started making videos and it uses a lot of juice and is so slow.

Can be caused by wrong drivers and overheating I've seen it before. Basically in CSS everything more than 4 feet infront of me was grey. it was like being inside a bubble, using a sniper was fun.
