Default Rocketspam

Dont you all just hate rocketspam?

Well i had an idea on how to stop it or at least help prevent it.

My idea was to make a sm plugin that kicks a player and warns him and if he rejoins and continues after he has done a certain amount of damge to a wall in a given time period.......or after he has fired a certain amount of rockets in a given time.

Another idea is to stop people rocketcamping by kicking them after he has killed a certain amount of players in a given amount of time.

Any feedback would on how i could achive this woould be greatly appreciated.

So what are engineers or soldiers supposed to do then?

What if he's rocket jumping or being a combat rocketeer?

Well i was thinking of 6 rockets in say 20 seconds and as a combat rocketeer you would not be sitting in the base getting more ammo so i dont think that would matter to much unless there is ammo boxes in midfield but even then you will be shooting your rockets with more time between shooting as you dont really want to waste time looking for an ammo box.

Well when you rocketjump i really doubt this will be a problem

yes i know there will be a downside but if people didnt rocketspam there wouldnt need to be a solution to try and prevent it.

So i just played and i didnt realize that the rocketeer had 5 rockets i thought it had 3 so they 6 in 20 seconds is really bad so i tested how many i could shoot off in 20 secs and i managed 15 rockets so i was thinking maybe 10-12 rockets in 20 seconds would be a reasonable timeframe and amount fired but it still leaves the window open for combat rocketeers to get kicked even though they are not spamming, and that is somthing i could live with.

Also does anyone know if it is even possible to make a plugin that will recognize when a block has been damaged and if it does will it know what weapon caused it and would it be able to only recognize the rpg as the wmd instead of slams and other weapons the rocketeer has, i think this would be better if possible because combat rocketeers will not be able or find it very hard to reach the damage limit that would be set to prevent spamming same goes for rocketjumpers aswell.
