2010 County Comprehensive Plan

In January 2008 the Board of County Commissioners announced their Growth Management Initiatives that involved updates to the Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance, the Countywide Comprehensive Plan, and comprehensive zoning. The Division of Planning managed these updates and the preparation of Priority Preservation Areas and a Water Resources Element as required by the State. The County Comprehensive Plan and the Comprehensive Zoning map were adopted on April 8, 2010.
