  • International Awards Gala 2012

    At the 2012 International Awards Gala, IIE celebrated the 10th anniversary of the Scholar Rescue Fund and recognized its founders, present a corporate award to Western Union CEO Hikmet Ersek, and posthumously recognized Fulbright alumnus John Atta Mills, the late President of Ghana.

  • Mark Angelson named new SRF Chairman

    IIE announces that its Treasurer and Trustee, Mark Angelson, after stepping down as Chicago's Deputy Mayor later this year, will succeed Dr. Henry Jarecki as Chairman of IIE's Scholar Rescue Fund (SRF) and of SRF's scholar selection committee.
