The Fulbright Teacher Exchange Program
The Fulbright Teacher Exchange Program seeks to improve mutual understanding among teachers, their schools and communities in the U.S. and abroad through two programs – the Fulbright Classroom Teacher Exchange Program and the Distinguished Fulbright Awards in Teaching Program.
International Classroom Exchanges for Teachers
The Fulbright Classroom Teacher Exchange Program offers educators the opportunity to exchange teaching positions with a teacher from another country for one semester or academic year.
Independent Study Abroad for Teachers
The Distinguished Fulbright Awards in Teaching Program allows teachers to go abroad for three to six months to take classes at an international university, observe classes and offer seminars in local schools and complete a project of their own design.
