    We had a terrific meeting this week, and are very encouraged at the proposed timeline to eliminate the 5.2 million gallons daily of untreated wastewater from Nuevo Laredo entering the Rio Grande. Projects should be completed by August 2013. At the meeting: officials from IBWC (U.S.) and CILA (Mexico), and some of our RGISC board members. Exciting developments...

    On Nov. 3 - we're hosting our 3rd annual "Going Green on the Greens" Renato Ramirez Golf Tournament. Proceeds to benefit the RGISC mission of protecting the Rio Grande-Rio Bravo and its environment. If you'd like to be a sponsor, please let me know.
