Under the new legislative redistricting plan that has now been signed by the Governor and approved by the federal courts, the Eighty-first district now has new areas of Chesapeake and Virginia Beach. While I will miss the friends I have made in the precincts I have lost, I am looking forward to meeting the residents of the new district and representing them in Richmond. To
