Description: A project ten years in the making, the museum at the Chemical Heritage Foundation (CHF) began as an idea to display CHF’s growing instrumentation collection. The vision has evolved into creating a museum that is the place to learn about the history of the chemical and molecular sciences. From 2005 to 2008, the curatorial team, along with designers, architects, and content experts, has been working to develop and refine the content, artifacts, and layout of the permanent exhibition in the museum, Making Modernity. We hope that you will visit our Web site and blog frequently to watch and comment as we “race” toward opening day and turn a decade-long dream into reality.
