Beslan school massacre remembered

Four years after the tragic terrorist attack Beslan remains a town filled with immense grief. Psychiatrist Anna Portnova from the Serbsky National Research Centre for Social and Forensic Psychiatry says all they can do is help people to cope with tragedy.

Monday’s summit in Brussels has opened new communication channels between the European Union and Russia, believes the EU foreign policy chief Javier Solana. He spoke exclusively to RT soon after the summit concluded.   

Moscow does not see the implementation of one of the most important points of the Medvedev-Sarkozy plan, that is the return of Georgian troops to their barracks, said Russia’s Foreign Ministry spokesman Andrey Nesterenko.
