Resources Overview The North Carolina Museum of History offers over 300 educational resources about North Carolina history. Many are free, and many can be easily integrated into the North Carolina public school curriculum. All resources are searchable by keywords, audience, school grade, and curriculum goal number. While our resources cover a wide range of topics related to North Carolina history, we've tagged them with predefined topics. Period-related topics include (American) Colonial, Revolutionary War, Settlement, Antebellum, Civil War, Reconstruction, World War I, World War II, and 16th, 17th, 18th, 19th, and 20th centuries.
