Hi, created and was uploading to KvrOsc45Alchemy when I got the error message "no metadata for item" or something similar, and now I can't find it anywhere.

Can the item be recovered?

If can't be recoverd, can it be deleted please?

I created a new item called KvrOsc45Alchemy_561, can it be renamed KvrOsc45Alchemy?
