There are spammy reviews to the following items from librivox:

http://archive.org/details/wuthering_heights_rg_librivox - ihateapplesauce
http://archive.org/details/the_book_of_daniel_asv_ss_0810_librivox - help4truth

The last one seems to be a serious spammer - posting the same "review" everywhere, in at least 2 librivox items and plenty of others...
