Looks like only East of Borneo and Outpost in Morocco are PD.
You will need to check 43: The Richard Petty Story for a valid copyright notice (needs to include 1. the copyright symbol [©], the word copyright or copyr. 2. the date [1973 at the latest] and 3. the name of the claimant.) If it has a valid notice it is not PD.
