Does that not suggest that anything not sold by Alpo Video should be removed from the Internet Archive? This would be a very restrictive policy.
Perhaps if the domain name was redirected to their servers it would save time.

If a person isn't going to check for a copyright renewal, and he isn't going to ask in the forum about the copyright status, then he must at least make sure that Alpha Video sells the film.

There is absolutely no excuse whatsoever for uploading a video when there is no evidence that it is public domain.
