did a search at the copyright us office and came up with one of the first seasons that are not listed in the Rawhide TV program. It's episode 1, Incident of the Tumbleweed Wagon. It might be in the pre 1978 copyright listings but it's not in the after 1978 listings. Pretty sure, that would make it a PD.

I am looking for a good copy of it instead of the chopped up ones that are on the net.

If it is a Copyrighted Program then let me know. I'll stop looking until 2014 for it when the renewal is coming up. But I think it fell between the cracks the first renewal time.
