your items do not contain the required information text file. please add that and they we can restart the derive task.

These are the three shows that are giving me major issues. I added text files (even though I never had to before with other shows) and still no derive. And sometimes I get strange error messages when updating. This site drives me insane.

The system will attempt to auto-generate a txt file if you don't provide one, but the format is pretty janky and we always recommend doing your own to avoid this problem.

The first and third shows are fine now, but the error message email you receive specifically says that you need to notify us when the fix is in place. This is so a human can verify that it's done correctly, and restart the process. The Cosmic Railroad show is still missing a text file.

If you're seeing a "strange error message", PLEASE let us know about it. Copy/paste it here, or email it to etree@archive.org so we can look into it. We don't get notifications of every error that crops up or we'd be drowning in them.

I added the txt file to cosmic railroad and when i hit update i get this..

/petabox/sw/bin/dsync.py "/14/.edit/(my email address)/CosmicRailroad2012-07-21/" failed with exit code: 1

Thanks for fixing the other two. I will keep in mind to add txt files when adding future recordings. If it would just be easier to reupload the cosmic railroad recording I can just do that too. Thanks again for the help.

Ok - that's an error that usually goes away within a day or two, but occasionally admins can circumvent it. I just managed to do it, and it's deriving now.
