I have uploaded several documents and have had them added to my library's collection, statelibraryandarchivesofflorida, but the thumbnails still say "picture coming soon". How can I get this fixed?

the file name needs to match the identifier (the tail end of the url) for the item. apologies that our documentation does not make that clear but that is the reason. we hope to eventually fix that.
