So I felt I'd learned enough yesterday to keep me out of your hair for a while ....... whereas this morning I find not only the 'NIAGARA' I thought had flopped but the replacement 'AT NIAGARA FALLS' was there as well. I'd altered to 'identifier' the second time around, as this seemed to be indicated as the thing to do, but they're the same item so, when you can find time, could you please erase the 'AT NIAGARA FALLS' version.

You show remarkable patience for a fresh faced kid.

And I promised to leave you alone for a while.

It's now close on three days since SORRENTO 1991 uploaded with a verified title etc but when I hit the 'SHARE' spot it vanished, completely, leaving no trace of any kind on the page. No big deal if it's now 'SAYONARA SORRENTO' but I thought you might like to be aware of some form of problem rather than have it out there among the stars somewhere, perhaps causing some kind of glitch in the system.

Mmmmmmmmmm.............so CAPRI 1991 uploaded perfectly with a verified identifier then, after the hit on Share another complete disappearence. I'm obviously following the rules, all too willing to accept it's a massive undertaking where things go wrong occasionally - but it would be good to know if I'm doing something wrong?

hi. i see this item http://archive.org/details/Capri1991

it seems to have uploaded just fine. you might want to try the beta uploader at http://archive.org/upload to see if that works better for your needs.

As none of the usual completion indicators showed up it gave the impression of not having worked, including some words telling me I'd used a title already in use. Glad to learn it did get through though - but can I say the installer you've pointed me at appears to be the one I've used throughout and what I took to be the sole way of uploading.

Thanks for the response and continuing patience.

At least we can now be certain there's a state of limbo. Thanks anyway.

Kind, my friend, doesn't begin to cover it. I've seen your name over the year but was unaware just how vital a cog it is.
