How is it that people can post movies on Youtube? I just found Cleopatra with Elizabeth Taylor on there.

When You Tube catches people posting movies like that they remove the movie and close the account after I think 3 strikes or so.

Having been found guilty of uploading a clip from Cool Hand Luke (3 seconds, in the middle of a mashup), I'd like to clue people in on how YouTube operates....

If your content contains copyright material, they'll send you a stern warning, but they won't remove it....

they'll just fill the page up with advertising junk.

Totally cringeworthy.
