They are having a much harder time doing it. They can get away with it if they post as 'unlisted'. There is also The Ten Commandments with Heston. They do this as there is a feature in the NERO application that allows for extended play. They use the feature and then convert to a VIDEO_TS. It will fit on a 8.5gb DVD. MGM is slow to catch on but Warner Brothers nails them every time. I have gotten strikes for uploading His Girl Friday, and Charade. I copied a screen shot for the copyright date and the film was restored and the strike taken away. Those folks that do that are nuts. They eventually get caught though. I do not believe in doing that. Just buy the DVD.
