try clearing your cache. i'm not able to duplicate the problem. there no audio files in the item at the moment but you did put a rules.conf file which will prevent other formats from being derived.

Arg. I made it dark while I sort out this problem and now I cannot seem to undark it. Really not sure why I am having this trouble all of a sudden. Could you try and undark it perhaps?

users cannot undark items. why are you darking it? either fix it or upload it again and request that the old one be removed. you shouldn't dark items unless you want them permanently removed.
