From the FAQ: The folder or files that you are attempting to upload have characters in the name that cause problems with the system - so we have designated them "illegal". This includes the following characters in the name:

* ( ) { } [ ] / \ $ % @ # ^ & | < > ' ~ ` ! ? +

In addition, files and folders may not have spaces in their names.

You will need to remove any of these illegal characters by renaming the file(s) in order for the system to accept your contribution.
