Skip is now re-encoding the mp4s that come from our film-to-tape transfers, but this is not one of them. 71123 is a home movie scan made on our Muller Framescanner at Internet Archive. We're just starting to load these and this is only a test -- note that its brightness and gamma aren't yet adjusted. I'll pass on your posts.

Is there a way we will be able to tell which mp4s, of the one's already on the site, are re encoded by Skip?
