Yes...this encoding is perfect! I was able to work with the mp4 with no trouble at all...as for the avi, it looks very promising, with such a large frame size, but my software (After Effects running on a MAC) can't decode it...perhaps if the codec was available online...anyone have a link?
Great work guys..., I'm sure many people will be thrilled if the rest of them end up like this, at their native frame rate.

Skip is now re-encoding the mp4s that come from our film-to-tape transfers, but this is not one of them. 71123 is a home movie scan made on our Muller Framescanner at Internet Archive. We're just starting to load these and this is only a test -- note that its brightness and gamma aren't yet adjusted. I'll pass on your posts.
