Not for me--if I try to edit files I still get that message. (Actually editing metadata, ironically, is no problem.)

i've got same problem happening to one of my "community books"
http://archive.org/details/SignificantSpacehumming along editing, ready to upload updated jpgs and html then this glitch: "Item does not have metadata."
... slamming the door shut on access!
all day now
what's the fix?!

i'm going to start from scratch and delete the current listing if not fixed by monday by server corrections
