I just uploaded and created an item using our ftp with no issues. i will mention this to an engineer but at the moment it appears the ftp here is working.

We don't upload the standard way - I am wondering if some part of yoour ftp process has changed so that the way we use will no longer work and needs tweaking either bu you or us - we have a big backlog at the moment : (
