I'm not able to duplicate the problem. The server may have been temporarily offline.

Another issue though is that this item has reached it's memory limit. We suggest that items not exceed 10GB total or the item may break. Please start a new item for future uploads. Thank you.

Could you help me to delete MP4 files of my items because I need to upload some other items in this identifier instead.

you can delete and add files. follow this clickpath from the item page:
Edit item > change the files > select a file, right click and select delete > add files by clicking the "Share" button > select files and click "Open" > Click "Update" when you are done.

Yes, I know the steps but, the problem that when I click on Edit item, I see this message "Item does not have metadata."
So, I can't add or edit any files.

And as I said I'm not able to duplicate that problem. Try logging out and logging in, clear your cache and try again please.
